I have an older house and caulking around the windows along with plastic over other windows in the winter has made a big difference in heat loss. The basement is still a problem, and I wonder if the expanding foam sealant would work.</description>

		<description>I bet that will drive the pest inspectors crazy!  Anyone know of an effictive way to airseal/insulate rim and band joists in basements and crawlspaces that will still permit pest inspection?</description>
